Colin Lacey | Assistant Coach

The 2025 season will be Colin's second as the Norse pitching coach. Along with his duties as assistant baseball coach he will serve as assistant to the associate athletic director. 

Noah Herried | Assistant Coach

The 2025 season will be Noah's third season with Norse as hitting coach. He has also coached at Wisconsin Lutheran College for two years working primarily with the infielders and hitters.

Herried was a two-year starter at Ridgewater College before transferring to Ripon College for his final two seasons. He started 38 of 40 games in 2019 and finished with a .315 batting average that included 45 hits, 16 RBI, and 18 runs scored. His 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19.

He graduated from Ripon in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. In 2023 he graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a master’s degree in leadership and innovation.

Henry George | Assistant Coach

Coach George begins his first season with the Norse program. A 2001 graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth, George was a two-time Northern Sun Intercollegiate Coference (NSIC) all-conference honoree (2019, 2021) for the Bulldogs. He was also named to the all-defensive team (2021).

He transferred to South Dakota State University and played in 2022 while completing his M.S. in Sports and Recreation Administration.

Currently, he is an independent professional baseball player for the Northern Colorado Owlz in the Pioneer League. In 2023 he was named to the Pioneer League Midseason All-Star team.

He has previously coached as a graduate assistant at South Dakota State (2022-23) and as an assistant coach at Ellsworth Community College (2023-24).
